What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone, class, exam track)
• All quiz history, scores, and weak-topic data
• Your notes, bookmarks, and study plan
• Community posts and replies you authored
• Parent share links
• Active subscription (premium reverts to free)

How it works

1. You request deletion below (or from inside the app: Settings → Delete account).
2. Your account is immediately deactivated — you can no longer log in, your data disappears from the app, and any parent share link stops working.
3. Your data is held in our administrative recycle bin for a short window so we can recover it if you change your mind.
4. After that, the data is permanently erased from our database — your email becomes available for re-registration.

Need immediate, permanent erasure?

Email support@ekboi.com from your registered email address with the subject Delete my account permanently. We process these within 7 days.
